Jim Barry has lead me and my wife through a home purchase and a refinance to a lower rate and shorter term. There is simply no one in the industry better than him.
He tells you exactly how it is, and steers you to the best option for your financial situation.
No one at the closing table had more information than Jim, and no one made our choices clearer. He had saved us literally hundreds of thousands of dollars on our mortgage refinance, all the while communicating clearly without pressure.
I will not be involved in a home loan without Jim Barry ever again, period.
