Originally I was working with another mortgage company for the purchase of my new home.
We were fully approved and "cleared to close". The day before our closing date we were informed the bank was pulling our approval. Turns out the mortgage broker was being investigated internally by the bank for fraudulent activity. I was collateral damage. Panicked, I contacted my attorney who said she would send me to her "fixer".
Enter Randi Hodella at Artisan Mortgage. Randi was phenomenal. She walked me back from the ledge, and true to her word had me at the closing table within 3 weeks! Let me state again, completely new mortgage - at the closing table 3 weeks from initial contact!

I was very lucky to come across Nathaniel Pratt at Artisan Mortgage in my internet search for info on FHA 203K loans...
He was the third person I had called but the first to give me the actual info that I needed. Looking back on things, it is difficult to articulate just how good the service that I received was and how it went beyond what anyone could expect from a lender...
Nathaniel walked me back from the precipice of what would have been a horrible mistake on my part and he did it at the risk of his commission: who does that anymore?! So I am sitting here trying to write this in a house that I love and he (and the great staff at Artisan) made it all possible.
Let me sum it up: I got a great rate, great service, and an expedited deal that I really needed. You may end up filing this review in the 'too good to be true' folder: I still cannot believe how well everything turned out for me.

From the moment I placed the phone call, I received 5 star service my wife and I signed the closing documents on our home.
We were first time home buyers and had little to no knowledge on the process.
