Jim Barry and Artisan Mortgage helped me purchase my home when it seemed no other could. I was credit challenged and my working situation (as a contractor working temporary assignments) seemed to be a disqualifier with nearly every other lender.
But after many phone calls, I contacted Artisan Mortgage, and Jim Barry took the call. He was knowledgeable, confident, and he took my situation on without hesitation, reassuring me that the variables that other lenders saw as challenges or issues, were not an issue at all. These things would simply require a little more work, which he was experienced with and willing to do. Although the process was a little lengthy (due to my own curve balls), Jim and his team got my loan done!!
I cannot express how grateful I am for Jim and his team. If someone is telling you no, call and ask for Jim!! Again, very knowledgeable, patient, and just awesome to work with.
