I have mortgaged and refinanced my personal homes 5 times in the past years. Based on my personal experiences, I have dealt with different mortgage brokers and I have never met anyone like Jim. In the past I believed I was doing a favor by bringing my personal business to a mortgage broker, until I met Jim. Jim refinanced my home years ago and I was more than pleased how the process went.
