The 1990’s mortgage crisis had me skeptical. I did A LOT of research on mortgages. I checked out banks, private mortgages and a few Mortgage Brokers. Dion Goolman was recommended to me during a deal after a debacle with an out-of-state lender. I had a nice family with a good job and income that could not get a loan through the other lenders because of a work history discrepancy.
Without the assistance of Dion my buyers would have had to wait another year and a half to be eligible for a loan through the other lenders we have used in the past, and the house they fell in love with would have been long gone.
