As we saw the mortgage interest rates drop, we knew it was time to call our friend, Dion Goolman, and review our options. As always, Dion promptly reviewed our existing mortgage and offered to research this possibility or a new mortgage at less than 4%. He suggested we use a shorter term with 3.5% that would not change the cash flow, but payoff the mortgage much sooner.
